Crescendo

The highest point in musical composition is called a crescendo. It is the place where the music builds and takes your breath away. At that moment the song becomes more than a song, it is an inexplicable work of art. It becomes hope to the hopeless & light in the darkness. In life this moment is called a climax. The highest point or apex of an experience is what we all seek after.

What if that moment has passed us by? What if we believe we have lived our best days? What if tomorrow is the day after our crescendo? If this is the case we should not fear. We should seek to find new ways to improve our lived experience by making the most of every moment. By doing so we create a crescendo within each moment no matter what hour, day, or time of our lives, that we find ourselves in.

When you experience hardships in life every moment can be considered a victory. As a overcomer of a past filled with trauma I find that I can celebrate the victory of getting out of bed and being productive for the day. That is a small victory that is something worth remembering.

At one point I believed that my crowning moments were my academic achievements, I later lived to see that it was not in the finish line but it was in the grind that the thrill was so intense. We must seek to maximize every moment… I urge you to not miss your opportunity to enjoy a crescendo today. You are the champion, the artist, the author, let’s make this moment feel like magic! It’s your time to breakthrough, break out, break forth and Rise!!!!
